Fighting against what is natural for you and for your baby, which is dictated by our bodies' biological truths and not society’s opinion or convenience, is what will cause the most turmoil in your life. Ideologies and politics have no place coming in between a parent and their care for their body and their child. In the world we live in, it can be really hard to listen to our bodies, our babies and our intuition, but if you can do it that’s where the real answers and lasting solutions can be found.*

Always keeps in mind, If you get worked up and feel that you can’t be a place of calm for your baby or child, you need a break. They co-regulate off of you, they feed off of your emotions.
